How We Make Money

This is the only way we currently monetize the site. We do not run display ads.
This Never Affects What We Say
Earning a commission does not influence our verdict on a product. We don’t take payment in exchange for a positive review, and no advertiser gets to see or approve a review before it’s published. If a product is mediocre or not worth the money, we say so — commission or not.

In addition to this page, we include a short disclosure notice directly on any page containing affiliate links, so you don’t have to come here to find out — it’s visible right where it’s relevant.
Free Products and Samples
In some cases, we receive a free sample from a brand to test. When this happens, we disclose it directly in the review. Receiving a free product does not guarantee a positive review — our verdict is based on how the product actually performs, not on how we received it.
